Day 1 - Telemarketing for Professionals

10am - 12noon: Telemarketing for M.I.C.E Industry

Step by step guide through the techniques of telemarketing and adapting those techniques to your venue or service product. How to create in-house telemarketing coaches for your company.

1pm - 4pm: Hands-On Tele-Marketing Exercise

Working alongside operators making calls to event organisers. This is a listen, learn and discussion exercise with the "front line" and an opportunity to see a successful tele-marketing centre in operation. Then, for the last hour you make up to 10 calls (selected from RGA's event organisers' database) under guidance of our operators. And, you keep the leads! Finally evaluate your own performance and we discuss ways to increase performance in real work place situations.

Day 2 - Identifying Data for Telemarketing & Finding Prospects

10am - 12pm: Development of Contact Data for Tele-Marketing.

How to source and research data, then turn it into appropriate contact data ready for lead generation. Using the internet as a resource for research, targeting companies in your catchment area and identifying potential users of your services.

1pm - 4pm: Turning Telemarketing to Sales.

How does your organisation turn leads into sales? Do you have a sales framework? Are you measuring performance? Ways to improve customer service during the sales process.
