RGA offer a special data licence arrangement for organisations with multiple site/ brands, giving companies a cost-effective means of using RGA's specialised data enterprise-wide.
You purchase either the RGA Event Buyers Universe or the RGA Event Buyers Universe Lite at the current full list price and nominate a location for the master datalist use, such as your head office. This master datalist may be used for group marketing programmes. If you wish to market individual sites/brands within the group, you will need to purchase further copies of the data. The additional site/brand may select any datalists from our "off-the-shelf range". Please note, special sortations are not included in this programme. Under this programme, each additional datalist purchased will receive a 50% reduction off the list price. There is no limit to the number of additional site/brand purchases the company can make. However, the data may only be used by the site/brand nominated in the purchase order.
All RGA data use is for a 12 month period and may be used for all general marketing purposes such as direct mail, email marketing or telemarketing. After 12 months use, you must stop using the data and remove it from your database. Or, another option is to repurchase a refreshed copy at a reduced cost (this discount only applies to master copy of data) and continue use of the data for another 12 months. Each site/brand copy must also be re-purchased on completion of 12 months use (in conjunction with re-purchase of the master copy).
