CONTENT: The PACK combines a maximum of 15 fliers/leaflets from a select number of venues, destinations or service providers to the UK meetings industry. We balance the input so that there is no direct conflict between the products offered. The pack is open only to services that would be of interest to the event buying community.
DESPATCH: RGA's despatch centre collate the inserts and fill the branded envelopes, personally addressed to the target individual and despatched in a display envelope using Royal Mail 2nd class post. RGA email service will design and despatch the email newsletter using the copy and graphics you provide.
YOU PROVIDE: Fliers with a maximum of A4 size - 10 grammes weight, printed on one or both sides. Fliers over 10 grammes may be included at a supplemental charge. RGA can assist you in the best techniques for achieving results. For example, your insert should be designed to generate a response. One means of generating a response is to include incentives such as competitions which can be entered, or complimentary meals or other special offers usually get good results. You will also need to provide 60 words of copy, 1 jpg logo/picture, contact details, web & email links for the email newsletter.
